EMA Plant CJSC is a member of the Labor Productivity National Project. The operator of this project is the Federal Center of Competence in the field of labor productivity.

The goal of the National Project is:
To ensure by 2024 the growth rate of labor productivity at medium and large enterprises of the basic non-resource sectors of the economy at least 5% per year.
More than 20% increase in labor productivity by 2024.
